Why our sites rarely break
A lot of small-business sites run a theme from one company and a stack of plugins from a dozen others, each updating on its own schedule. When two of them clash, the site goes down. Our hand-coded pages are plain files with no login, no database and no plugins, so there's almost nothing to fail.

Q1Which edits are included?
Everyday ones: hours, prices, pictures, team members, holiday notices. Anything bigger, like a new page, gets quoted first.
Q2What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us and we fix it. With no database or plugins, outages are rare.
Q3Will you host a site someone else built?
Usually not. The service is built around our own sites. If you're on WordPress or Wix, Roger can help you weigh repair against rebuild.
Q4Can my rate go up?
Not while you're a client. Keeping our sites on our own hosting is also why small edits come included.
