Get your Matthews business into the map pack
Those three pinned listings above every website are pulled from Business Profiles. This is our audit, field by field.
Search "dentist Matthews NC" and a map with three pins shows up before any website. For a lot of people, those three businesses are the whole shortlist.
The pins come from Google Business Profiles. Google weighs the category you pick, how complete the profile is, your reviews and how close you are. Distance is fixed. A thorough, accurate profile that agrees with your website costs very little and is often the quickest win a local business has.
Eight fields we inspect
- Primary category
- The heaviest-weighted field. Choose one a notch off and you miss searches.
- Secondary categories
- A few at most, for work you truly take on.
- Name, address, phone
- Matching your website letter for letter.
- Service area
- Real towns only: Matthews, Mint Hill, Stallings, southeast Charlotte.
- Services list
- In customer language, each linked to its page.
- Photos
- How fresh your job, team and truck pictures are, and which shots you lack.
- Reviews
- Total count, pace of new ones, your responses, and a request link.
- Website link
- Sent to the most relevant page instead of defaulting to the homepage.
What you get back
A punch list sorted by impact. It usually takes a couple of evenings to work through. Monthly SEO clients receive a refreshed one every month.
Profile questions
Q1Do you need access to my account?
Not for the audit; it relies on what's public. You can apply the fixes yourself or give Roger temporary manager rights and pull them whenever you want.
Q2How fast will I notice anything?
Fixing a wrong category or an old phone number can register in a few weeks. Review and photo gains stack up more gradually.
Q3We work out of trucks, not a shop. Still worth it?
Definitely. Mobile businesses can keep the home address private and show the towns they serve.
